Shipping Policy

At Femi, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available based on the following criteria:

• Greece: Free shipping on all orders.

• Europe: Free shipping on orders over €150.

• Asia: Free shipping on orders over €200.

• Oceania: Free shipping on orders over €250.

• North America: Free shipping on orders over €200.

• Russia: Free shipping on orders over €280.

• United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over €150.

Customs & Duties Final prices at checkout do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details on potential charges.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible once the order has been placed.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

• Femi ships only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

• During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may take longer due to high order volumes.

Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please contact us at jewelleryfemi@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the package. Kindly include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
